Do I get a confirmation when I make an order?
Yes, when you make an order, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page that shows your order number, you'll also get an email confirming your order.
What's your average delivery time?
We deliver within 4 to 6 days. However, some items may take up to 12 days to deliver. However, estimated delivery time will show on the product page description.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?

Exchanges & Refunds
Do you issue refunds?
We issue refunds for Credit Card and Paypal payments, refunds don't include shipping costs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send you detailed instructions on how to process a refund.
For Cash on Delivery payments, we issue a full refund as a gift card. We also offer free returns. Email us no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your order to ensure you get a refund.
What's the status of my refund?
Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date we receive back your purchased item. We'll let you know once we receive your item to our warehouse.
Can I exchange an item I've purchased?
